My name is Carlos and I am a male masseur in Barcelona.
I started this journey in massage therapy as a result of searching for relief in both body pain and mental health. Searching to improve our well-being through massage is often seen as a luxury, but as I have deepened my understanding, I have realized its true value in healing. Now, I am passionate about educating others on how massage therapy can be a powerful tool to help our bodies and minds overcome the daily stresses and obstacles we face in life.
Through my training and hands-on experience, I have learned that the body holds onto stress, tension, and emotions in ways we often don’t recognize. After studying traditional massage techniques, I had the privilege of training with French teacher Sébastien in the art of Lomi Lomi massage. This Hawaiian-inspired technique mimics the natural flow of ocean waves, using long, rhythmic, and flowing movements to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The philosophy behind Lomi Lomi goes beyond physical touch—it embraces harmony, connection, and the healing power of nature, helping the body to release tension and restore balance.
My goal is not just to provide temporary relief but to help my clients develop a deeper connection with their own bodies. By integrating different massage techniques and tailoring each session to individual needs, I aim to assist in pain management, relaxation, and overall well-being. Whether it’s addressing chronic pain, stress-related tension, or simply taking time for self-care, I want people to know that massage therapy is a vital part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
